Insurance Rider Requirement

Comprehensive general liability (personal injury and property damage insurance) having combined single limit of at least $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 in the aggregate. Renters agrees to provide a certificate naming Imago Theatre 17 SE 8th in the rider.

Imago Building First Floor Theatre

Imago Theatre is a flexible performance space, primarily used in a proscenium setting and is wheel-chair accessible. All seats have great visibility and the theater seats approximately 220. The playing area is approximately 45 wide by 40 deep. The stage floor is sprung wood. Renters are required to provide liability insurance rider and full rental fee prior to event. Each renter must provide their own box office, front-of-house staff and ticketing process and staff.

All renters must agree to sound from the second floor ballroom when Salsa Dance Classes begin at 9:30 on Friday and Saturday nights. If you have a sound sensitive event we suggest that you end your event by 9:30 PM . You can continue after 9:30 PM, however you must agree to the sounds levels from the Salsa Dance Classes.

Imago Building 2nd Floor Ballroom

Built in 1922 and recently renovated the Imago Building is proud of its 3,500 square foot ballroom. With a 25-foot ceiling height and hard wood floors this beautiful ballroom is ideal for wedding receptions, parties, performances and rehearsals. Renters are required to provide liability insurance rider and full rental fee prior to event.

If the ballroom is used for performance or public events, each renter must provide their own box office, front-of-house staff and ticketing processing and staff.

The ballroom is provided as an open space. Second floor ballroom is not wheel chair accessible.
